Creating my own Infographics

  I chose to construct my own workstation graphic, a blogging principle based on the curriculum. I began by choosing a particular template I thought would help me to explain my subject. I then broke down as straightforward as possible the information I was going to pass on. I liked it so I decided not to change the original template color. The pictures were the only thing I changed from the original template. I felt the images didn't go along with what I transmitted in my computer graphics. I chose and inserted new ones into the template. I was happy with the final outcome and it's here.

     A brand is a name, term, design, symbol, or any other feature that identifies one seller’s good or service as distinct from those of other sellers” (American Marketing Association).  When you think of specific company products, services, and activities, you can consider a brand as the idea or image that people have both practically (e.g., the 'shoe is light weight') and emotionally (e.g., 'the shoe is stronger for me'). It is therefore not only the physical characteristics that create a brand but also consumers' feelings about the company or its product. Week 2 Infographics

    Were you aware that our brain searches for visual data patterns? Yes, our brain does this so that the world has a sense. It's true. This makes infographic designs effective because it is used for visually communicating information. Infographics represent any type of information and data visually. Infographics are a visual communication of one kind. Now, infographics is essentially a combination of text, images, and data for the purpose of engaging and informing you, if you are like me and infographics are still alien to you. The more infographics are creative, the more they attract attention. The trick with infographics is that the images have to be more exciting and more active. The aim is to help us understand and conserve the information transmitted by the infographics. It is important to include bright, illustrated characters and bold text in order to create an attractive visual graphic.
